PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING:
* A consultation with our event coordinater is required before scheduling all services. Following your consultation, you will receive an email with our contract agreement that must be signed and submitted along with your retainer fee before any work is performed.
*Retainers are required at the time of booking to secure your date. The retainer fee is 50% of your package cost and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 Days before the date of your event. Specific deadlines will be outlined in your contract agreement. Same day payments are not accepted.
*Prices listed are the base cost for event packages and are subject to change based on your package needs or modifications. The price does not include the cost of the venue or to locate a venue for your event. Locating a venue can be discussed during your consultation if one is needed.
ROOM DECOR PACKAGES
*If your room decor will be held at a hotel, you must check into the room before we can begin our services. If there is valet parking or a parking fee it will be added to your total.
*If your room decor will be held at an AirBnBs there will be an additional $35 fee applied to your total. You must be checked in before we can begin our services. We require keyless entry for these locations.
*Travel fees will be added to your total for traveling from our business address to your event location for any distance beyond a 10 mile radius . The travel fee is $3 per miles, which is applied after the first 10 miles.
*No high ceilings on room decor packages with ceiling balloons in packages.
*Room Decor Bookings must be secured at least 4 days in advance of the date you are booking. A $50 fee will be applied for bookings scheduled 4 days before your date. Please consult with us to ensure date availability. Retainer fees will not be accepted for decor bookings 4 days in advance. These bookings must be paid in full in advance and are non-refundable.
*Catering can be added to any package for an additional fee that will be determined during your consultation.
*Custom Packages can be created to fit your budget.
*Removal of any items from these packages does not change the price.

Please Note: All requested dates and times are subject to availability and confirmation. Your event is not officially booked until confirmed by That Type of Party.
